How We Work
After your initial enquiry where you've shared rough dimensions of the items you'd like made, we will share an idea of costs and fabric quantities to order.
Then the project can start:
1. Measuring Service:
Our fitters will come to the property to take all the necessary measurements for your project. They will be able to advise on best placement of your window treatments if you are unsure (inside / outside the recess, on/above the architrave). A fee of £85 + VAT which will be deducted from the final invoice should the project go ahead.
If required, one of our team can advise on fabrics, styles of treatments, linings and rods/poles/tracks. Our consultancy fee is £110 + VAT
2. Making of the Items:
Once the measurements have been signed off and the fabric delivered to our studio, we will start the making process. We can then connect you to our recommended fitters direct to arrange a suitable date for install. Once we receive the fabric, our lead times are generally ( around 8-10 weeks) from start to finish. We will keep in touch with you on progress so that you can ensure you are ready for the install. All fees for the fitting service are paid directly to the fitter by the client.
3. Collection or Delivery:
Once your items are ready you can either collect them by appointment or we can arrange delivery, we have a set rate of £50 + VAT within central London. All items will come covered in protective plastic.
Additional Services:
For larger scale interior design consultancy, to help with a room scheme, we charge £350+ VAT.
Celia will visit you at your property and share her knowledge on how to bring a room together. She will give practical advice and direction on furnishings, colour, texture & layout and share her list of go-to suppliers.

Our Terms & Conditions
Consultancy Charges: After initial visits, all consultancy work is charged at £80 + VAT per hour, or part thereof to the nearest half hour.
Once a project has been agreed, approximate lead times are 8-10weeks on receipt of fabric. Of course, if you are needing something more urgently we will always try to accommodate your requirements.
A 50% Deposit is required with each order, the balance paid prior to dispatch/collection.
All fabrics to be paid for prior to commencement of work.
Collection & Delivery of items to be arranged by client. If a collection or delivery is arranged by us, it is done so as a courtesy on the customers behalf acting as their agent, we are not the transportation company and cannot accept any liability for the items prior to them being received or after despatch from our premises.
Installation: All site survey and installation fees to be paid direct to the fitting company. We bear no responsibility for the terms or prices agreed between the two parties. If you would like one of our team to oversee installation we can do so for an additional fee that will be invoiced by Wittle Design.
From notification on completion of work, items not collected after one week will be subject to storage charges at the following rates:
Chairs & Ottomans under 1metre: £10 per day
Sofas under 1.5m wide, Chaise & Ottomans over 1m: £20 per day
Sofas over 1.5m wide: £30 per day.
Storage charges are to encourage clients to take back their goods quickly as we do not have spare capacity for storage.
